Ozzie had spoken to me on the phone and told me that Mark Christopher did not put on after-market up-grades like I had experienced at the Tustin dealership (which was $4600). So going to MC saved me that much money without having to fight over price one minute. That, combined with the $3000 discount from MSRP and $1000 non-GM owner incentive and me paying cash, the deal was done in about 10 minutes. However, once I saw the price breakdown and saw an after-market up-grade (anti-theft $400) I brought it to his attention and he immediately had it removed. I am sorry to say putting on that add-on after being told you folks don’t do that along with your web site stating that as well, I have no wonders about why people are loath to buy car from a dealer if they can help it. Other than that Ozzie was very good at getting it removed without a hint of pushback. He was very helpful in getting the car ready and familiarizing me to the controls, buttons and such along with what I needed to know in the operation of the vehicle. A positive buying experience!!

I got ot towed in, and had to buy a new car. Was told Solenoinoids? Was the problem, I declined the 1146.00 dollar service. Went back a couple of days later with tow truck to take home, and it was drivable again? So I thank you, but now I have a Car Note
