Taylor Hill was our salesman and he was very good with us. He showed us car after car until we found the one we wanted. There was a big sale going on and a lot of people buying cars so we were there for quite a while and he kept checking in with us to be sure we were ok. He even stayed after hours to walk us out and made sure we were happy and knew we could reach out to him with any questions. We highly recommend him.

The Service Dept office was short handed so, understandably, they were very busy. However, I never felt rushed through the Service process as my Service Rep Tony (Mark Christopher- Ontario, CA) answered all my questions & even walked out to my truck with me to show me what the remarks (regarding my tires) entered on my final invoice were referring to. It was a good visit!

Alex from internet sales communicated with me via phone and he invited me down for a test drive appointment. Once I arrived, Mario took me for the test drive. The car was good. Low pressure deal, final deal was sealed as they honored the ad that was on the website for the Hummer EV. Worked with me on the payment. Didn’t try to price gouge, like another dealership did. To top it off, they delivered my new purchase from Ontario dealership, to my home, which is about an hour + away from the dealership. Great work Mark Christopher Auto Center!
